Wastly

Refund policy

Last updated 24 September 2026

Every account gets a free 7-day trial of Wastly Pro before any payment, so you can check that Ask and Smart Import do what you need. If you paid and Pro did not work out anyway, here is how refunds work.

Purchases on wastly.app

  • 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
  • Renewals. If a renewal charged you and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it, provided Pro features were not substantially used in the new period.
  • Technical problems. If Pro does not work on your Mac because of a bug we cannot fix in a reasonable time, we refund the current period regardless of when you bought it.

To request a refund, email support@wastly.app from the address you used at checkout, or use the “request a refund” link in the receipt email from Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Purchases in the Mac App Store

Apple handles payments and refunds for App Store purchases; we cannot issue them ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s decision and timeline apply.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel any time from Settings → Profile → Manage plan (or in your Apple ID subscriptions for the App Store version). Cancelling stops future charges and keeps Pro active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve almost everything within a day. A chargeback ends the subscription immediately.
